Program Highlights:Â We had a great season. We really leaned on the city and did new things for this group. We turned our old concession stand into a refueling station to give the kids healthy food options after practice. We had the team try out YOGA this year from a local instructor. We incorporated a spirit week where we invited the community to come meet the kids at practice. It was great year!
We won Conference Coach of the year, turned the program around significantly in less than 3 years
AD allowed us to try more modern tactics to get our kids to respond with better attitudes and buy in. Our AD coached track in the past and allowed us to really connect with the kids and did not limit our scheduling to give kids the opportunity to face solid competition.
